Biodiversity is an essential component of an agricultural system.

At Menlo Park, we understand the importance of integrating native habitats into our gardens space.  Lessons taught at out school directly connect young people with their local habitats in order to build their scientific and environmental literacy.  Key science standards are explored through school-based and outdoor experiences focused on birds and their habitat needs.  We consider and solve problems together, supporting accountability and creativity in our students.
